At the 11.21.23 school board meeting, NGRVSD anticipates the Board approving a Resolution to place a measure on the February 13, 2024 ballot to renew the District’s Educational Programs and Operations Levy that will expire at the end of 2024.

NGRVSD is seeking applications from persons interested in being appointed to committees to write for/against statements on this measure for the Pacific County Local Voters’ Pamphlet.

Persons who wish to be appointed to such committees should send their name, address, phone number, and which position they represent to Rhiana Jacot, administrative assistant, at NGRVSD 793 State Route 4, Naselle, WA, or email Rhiana at rjacot@naselleschools.org

Applications are due no later than noon on November 15. Applicants will be notified to attend the board meeting on 11.21, at which time the resolution will be voted on. If the resolution is approved, the school board will then immediately appoint persons to be on the for/against committees.

As this is a new requirement, specific questions can be directed to Rhiana Jacot or Superintendent, Lisa Nelson at 484-7121 Ext. 2. Persons may also contact Pacific County elections.
